Pravir is an engineer, mathematician and long-term organizational change expert. He has held a variety of leadership positions over the years which include being a Founding Member of A.T. Kearney India, a top-tier global consulting company; the Managing Director Advisory Services for BSR, a leading global CSR consulting company; an Intent Architect with Conner Partners, a strategy execution consulting company; being part of the Organizational Development group of Stanford Hospital & Clinics, a premier academic medical center; and, leading Pricing Opertaions at Zappos. His work includes introducing a fractal-based system of mindfulness to Stanford University Medical Center to transform leadership effectiveness. His current focus is on developing a unified theory and mathematics of organization with applications in a range of complex adaptive systems and the development of real-time algorithms to manage billions of dollars in assets.
He has a Ph.D. in Technology Management from University of Pretoria, an M.B.A. from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, an M.S. in Computer Science from University of Florida, and a B.S.E. in Computer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University. He is the author of a series of books focusing on fractals and organizations, including Redesigning the Stock Market: A Fractal Approach and The Fractal Organization: Building Enterprises of Tomorrow, published through SAGE, a leading global academic publisher. He has held faculty positions at several institutions of higher learning.
